Meet Destiny
My journey into business began with a simple foundation: service.
I spent time serving in the military, where I learned that leadership is about responsibility, discipline, accountability, and taking care of what has been entrusted to you. That experience became the foundation of my career in management.
I began managing materials, inventory, and aircraft through supply chain operations. Over time, my focus shifted from managing resources to developing and stewarding people.
I went on to serve as a General Manager in the franchise industry and later had the opportunity to help launch multiple franchise locations as a corporate trainer. Along the way, I worked with business leaders to develop people, build strong organizations, and steward careers and properties.
Those experiences taught me something I carry with me today: good stewardship creates lasting excellence.
That philosophy is what led me to commercial cleaning. I saw an opportunity to bring a higher level of care, consistency, and professionalism to an industry that is essential to every business.
To us, cleaning isn’t simply about making a building look good. It’s about caring for your property, creating a healthy environment for your people, and giving you confidence that your space is being properly cared for.
And at the heart of it all is family.
I’m blessed to be married and raising a son and daughter. Building a company that serves others while creating a strong future for my family is deeply meaningful to me. We believe business should be conducted with integrity, humility, excellence, and genuine care for people.
